Is she worried? I mean...I honestly don't know how to answer that. You and my other friends who don't live in Israel express unconditional concern (and it means so much, every bit of it). My mom, she will say she's worried then immediately say she can't think about it, oh dear it's just so upsetting, how can you bear it, etc ad nauseam. Yeah.

Right now I'm taking a break from Mom, which was also suggested by my husband, who was pretty appalled when he found out (he remarked that it was too bad that the war was so inconvenient).
